Below, you will find a list of the services offered at our Customer Service Centre, located in the Administration Office on the second level (next to the washrooms). Customer Service Direct Line
For your shopping convenience, a direct line to the Customer Service Centre has been installed on the first level in the TD Canada Trust mall entrance vestibule. Please use this phone to request complimentary use of walkers, and wheelchairs while you are shopping at Cornwall Square. One of our team members will be happy to deliver your walker, or wheelchair to you!

Gift Cards
Available in any denomination of $5 to $500, Cornwall Square Gift Cards can be redeemed at most of our stores and services including Sears, No-Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more. Available at the Customer Service Centre, located in the Administration Offices on the second level. Redeemable at Cornwall Square only. For more information, vist our Gift Cards page.

Stroller, Wheelchair & Walker Loans
We are pleased to provide complimentary loans of strollers, walkers and wheelchairs for our customers. Children must be able to sit comfortably with their feet flat on the footplate and their knees below bar. Visit our Customer Service Centre for more details..

Lost & Found
Retrieve your lost items, or report found items at our Customer Service Centre.

Public Washrooms
Full mens and ladies public washrooms are located on the second floor near the Customer Service Centre (Administration Office). These washrooms were recently fully renovated.

Handicap Washroom
A handicap washroom is located on the second floor near the Customer Service Centre (Administration Office). A full renovation is planned for this area in early 2009!

Family Room & Nursery
A family room and nursery is located on the second floor near the Customer Service Centre (Administration Office) to better serve the needs of our customers with young people. A full renovation is planned for this area in early 2009!

Waterfront Room
Cornwall Square has a multi-purpose meeting room (accommodates 2-30 guests) that is often made available to tenants and the community at large. Please visit the Administration office for more details.

Community Space Bookings
Complimentary space available for Not-for-Profit organizations to promote your event or cause. (Some conditions apply) Please contact Karen Burns, Marketing Director at kburns@redcliffrealty.com to check on availability.

Gift Bags
Cornwall Square offers its Customers year round Gift Bags in a variety of colours. Visit our Customer Service Centre for more details.

Lockers
Lockers are located on the second level in the hallway that leads to the public washrooms. Day use locker rentals cost only $0.50 or $1.00.
